I do like the products I got from Toups and Co, and they feel really nice on my skin. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. I guess my only hesitation is the price. I was kind of embarrassed when I opened it and realized how little product there was for what I paid. It’s not bad at all, just a bit more than I expected, so I’d probably only buy again if there was a sale

Okay, I’m annoyed I didn’t try this sooner because my skin is actually staying clear now. Like, where was this when I was dealing with random breakouts every other week? It’s been really nice not having to stress every time I look in the mirror.

I reached out to support and they took a while to get back to me. Because of that, I had to wait longer than expected to sort things out...

My Toups and Co subscription has been easy overall. The orders show up on time, and changing things when I need to isn’t complicated at all. The products have been solid too, so I don’t really have complaints there. I will say, though, there were a couple times I reached out and felt kind of ignored, which was frustrating. Overall I’m still happy with it, but the customer service side could feel a little more attentive

I’ve got really sensitive skin, and even a lot of the “natural” brands I’ve tried end up making my face red, itchy, or bumpy. A friend recommended Toups & Co, so I tried the tallow balm and the soap, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Compared to other clean skincare products I’ve used, this has been way less irritating. The balm feels a little heavy when I first put it on, but it absorbs well and doesn’t just sit there feeling greasy. My cheeks aren’t as dry, I haven’t had the tiny bumps I usually get, and there’s been no burning or red patches. Shipping was totally fine too. I’ll definitely keep using it.

I originally ordered from Toups and Co because I kept seeing people mention the ingredients, but the scent ended up being my favorite part.

It has this clean, slightly warm smell that doesn’t come across fake or overly perfumey. I’m sensitive to strong scents and can get headaches easily, so you know it’s a good sign when something smells nice but doesn’t take over the whole room.

It also lingers just enough without being too much. I’ve been really happy with it and would definitely buy it again.
